Terms of use
The terms for using Antiwarp during early access: your account, your data, what the software does and does not decide for you, and what each of us is responsible for.
Draft, last updated 17 October 2026. This text is being reviewed by our lawyers and may change. The contracting company, its address and the governing law will be added to the final version. Questions: contact@antiwarp.com.
01Who these terms are for
These terms apply to companies that use Antiwarp, and to the people they invite. By creating a company in Antiwarp, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf. A separate signed agreement with your company, if there is one, takes precedence over these terms.
02Early access
Antiwarp is in early access. It is free during this period, and no card is needed. The standard price is shown on the pricing page.
Before billing starts we write to your company's administrators at least 30 days in advance, and nothing is charged without your agreement. If you do not agree, you can export your data and stop using Antiwarp.
Features may change during early access. We tell administrators before we remove anything they use.
03Accounts and access
- Your company's administrators decide who has access and with which role, and remove people who leave. Removed users lose access at once.
- Each person uses their own account and keeps their sign-in details safe. Tell us at contact@antiwarp.com if you think an account has been misused.
- Your company is responsible for what its users do in Antiwarp.
- Antiwarp support opens a customer's account only to help it, and every such visit is recorded in that customer's audit log.
04Your data
Your company owns the trade records, documents and other content it puts into Antiwarp. You allow us to store and process that content only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
You can export your data while you use Antiwarp. When your company stops using it, we export your data for you on request and then delete it. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice.
05Suggestions and decisions
Antiwarp reads documents, proposes the trade they belong to, flags doubtful fields and calculates figures such as margin, exposure and cash flow. These are aids to your team. Your team confirms each allocation and remains responsible for its decisions, its documents and its dealings with banks, counterparties and authorities.
Nothing in Antiwarp is legal, financial, tax or compliance advice. A sanctions or document check in Antiwarp does not replace your own checks or a bank's examination of documents.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Antiwarp for anything unlawful, including breaching sanctions or export controls;
- try to reach another company's data, or get around the access controls, approvals or audit trail;
- upload malware, or content you have no right to share;
- load-test, scan or copy the service, or resell it, without our written permission.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk, and we tell you why.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep Antiwarp available and your data safe, and we announce planned maintenance to administrators. During early access there is no guaranteed service level.
08Liability
During early access Antiwarp is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost business or a refused document presentation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
09Ending
Your company can stop using Antiwarp at any time. We can end early access with 30 days' notice to administrators, or sooner if these terms are seriously breached. Either way, you can export your data first.
10Changes to these terms and contact
We tell administrators about changes that matter before they take effect. Questions about these terms: contact@antiwarp.com.
